해외연구자 IRIS 등록 관련 안내드립니다.

해외연구자 등록에 많은 시간이 소요되므로 최우선으로 진행을 부탁드립니다.

해외연구자 등록 시 영문 IRIS 시스템에서 가입신청을 하고 승인절차를 거쳐 국가연구자번호를 발급받아야 과제 등록시 연구자로 설정할 수 있습니다.

회원가입 시 해외연구자의 아래 4가지 사항이 확인 가능한 서류를 제출하셔야 승인됩니다.

①성명(영문알파벳)과 ②생년월일, ③국적, ④성별이 모두 명시된 여권, 비자, 재직(재학증명서), 입국허가증, 체류증 등의 공식문서

※ 증빙문서 제출 시 주민번호 뒷자리는 마스킹처리 하여 업로드(여권, 외국인등록증 등 신분증)

Important Notice: Overseas Researcher Registration

Please prioritize the registration of overseas researchers, as the process may require a significant amount of time.

To register, applicants must submit a request through the English version of the IRIS system. Once the application is approved, a "Researcher Number" will be issued. This number is required in order to designate the individual as a researcher during project submission.

To begin the process, please prepare the documents guided below.

An official identity document such as passport, visa, entry permit, residence permit that states ① your name(English alphabet), ② date of birth, ③ nationality, and ④ gender.

※ Please cover the personal identification number (ex. last 7 digits of Foreign Registration Number) in the document.
